Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.The price shown shows only the base cost of the jumper. Additional fees for travel and sales tax is applied during checkout
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.We only deliver to cities that are shown in the dropdown menu when you are asked to select the city of the event. If your city is not included in that list, we most likely do not service that city but please contact us to verify.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Generally, we deliver between 8 am - 12 pm on weekend mornings and pick up between 8 am - 12 pm the following day. We will usually contact you about 1-2 days before your event to confirm whether a delivery window will work for you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any specific timings you would like us to accommodate.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.No. The jumper should always be clean when you receive it. Blue Kangaroo Party Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental. If the jumper is ever delivered excessively dirty, please contact us right away so we can take care of it!
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the jumper unit the entire time. Once unplugged, they will deflate rather quickly!
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.No, unfortunately we currently do not service parks
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We can take cash, card, zelle, venmo, and cash app.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Please check out our policies page for details.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a 30% deposit. Deposits are refundable only for weather.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
